三、教學目標 Objectives
1.以學習民法親屬編之基本觀念為主，包含身分法與財產法之關係、身分關係法與權利義務法之關係，並理解親屬法相關規範之立法旨趣及法律規定間之具體適用關係。 2.部分授課內容透過實例研究之方式，學習法律爭點的認定及如何善用相關規範、實務裁判與其他論證素材以就法律問題進行有效與切題的論證，培養學生的獨立思考能力與解決實際民事個案的能力，期能使學生有能力靈活運用所學知識以應付司法考試及未來的工作需要。
