使同學明瞭民法親屬篇之體系 具體內容及實務上相關問題
To make the students to understand the system of family law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 首先對民法親屬編隨著社會上對家制度、兩性平權及子女利益保護思想之變化，自民國二十年至今之修正作一整體說明。其次再分(一)通則(二)夫妻法(三)親子法(四)監護法(五)扶養法，五大部分就現行條文詳加介紹。
