三、教學目標 Objectives
課程目標 本課程之主要目標乃介紹親屬法之理論架構，結合實例解說，並輔以相關實務見解，期能幫助同學作課程完整銜接，一窺整部家事法之風貌。
This module aims to provide a liberal education in the theory and practice of “Family” Part of the ROC Civil Code (art. 967-1137). Proposal for further reforms is suggested. This core topics included in this module course are: 1.the definition of relatives, degree of kinsmen relationship, establishment and extinction of kinsmen relationship, 2. marriage and its effect, 3. divorce and its effect, 4. parent-children relationship, 5. guardianship, 6. Maintenance.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 課程簡介 1.本課程著重在親屬法之法制概念介紹，包含親屬之意義，結婚之成立與生效，父母子女兼之權利義務關係，監護制度，家與親屬會議之制度介紹，並適時提點學說與實務爭議事項，增進同學應試國考實力。 2.家事法院（庭）參訪（若時間允許時）。 課程進行方式 1.上課方式主要由授課者進行講演式教學(lecture)，請同學務必按照每週進度預習、複習並作筆記。授課者於每節課程開始之際，均會作前節重點提示以幫助同學複習進度，以便銜接接續進度。除了理論架構講述外，透過參與隨堂討論，刺激以及加深學生的學習興趣，以期達到最大的學習成果。 2.疫情期間改採遠距方式授課，亦會隨堂點名，整學期6次未到者，該科以不及格論。
