課程使用期刊進行主題式閱讀與學習，於上課時提供須閱讀之期刊名單。

林誠二，債法總論新解、體系化解說(上、下)，瑞興圖書出版。
鄭冠宇，民法債編總論，新學林出版。
三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程以案例解題方式，配合債編總論範圍，旁及與債編總論相關之財產法(如債編各論或物權等)有關內容，分為七個主題，透過期刊進行主題式閱讀與學習，使同學學習案例分析能力，並能將所學相關法學知識運用於案例題之解題。
The class adopts case study in line with the scope of general provisions of obligations and collaterally refers to Property Act in related with general provision of obligations (e.g. the kinds of rights in rem in kinds of obligations). There are 7 topics through reading and learning topic papers. It is expected to have students develop the analytical ability through case study and apply the knowledge of laws learned to solve the case.

本課程主要透過期刊之閱讀，進行主題式之學習，已培養國考綜合式考題解答之能力。分為以下七個主題：
一、債權讓與之法律問題
二、無權代理與無權處分之法律問題
三、意思表示與法律行為之問題研究
四、不法管理、添附與不當得利之法律問題
五、借名登記之法律問題
六、承攬之相關法律問題
七、詐害債權之法律問題
