三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程透過理論講授與案例之解析，增加同學學習法律之興趣，藉以奠定財產法之學習基礎。
This course is taught through the theory and case analysis to promote students' interest to study law, and further help students lay the foundation of property law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，本課程以債編總論之體系為出發，就債法的重要基本問題，從事專題性的研究。每一單元授課時，區分二個階段:第一、透過主題式之講授先體系化介紹債編通則之重要基本概念；第二、以實例題之演練方式，帶領同學活用第一階段之重要概念。
