三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程將就債法之重要觀念建立體系概念，並熟習相關法律規範。同時，透過適當事例解說，培養分析與解決民事實務案例等基礎能力。進而藉由研讀實務判決及參考文獻，訓練同學整理實務見解及研究法律問題等專業能力。　
This lecture will elaborate the basic concepts of the general provisions for obligations under the Civil Code which will help students to establish the important concepts. This lecture will help the students to develop the ability of analysis to deal with the actual case in practice by the elaboration of the example cases.

●整體敘述 Overall Description
本課程係以我國民法「債編」之第一章「通則」為主要授課範圍，包括「緒論」、「債之發生」、「債之標的」、「債之效力」、「多數債權人與債務人」、「債之移轉」、「債之消滅」等七部份。授課內容將輔以案例教學、授課時以講義為講解上之依據並供參考。
