三、教學目標 Objectives
透過講授民法債編通則相關法令規定及學說、實務見解等內容以學習民法債編總論理論及相關學識，包括:第一章:概說(債、債權、請求權、債務與責任、請求權基礎)；第二章:債之發生；第三章:債之標的；第四章:債之對內效力；第五章:債之對外效力；第六章:契約之效力；第七章:多數債權人與債務人；第八章:債之移轉；第九章:債之消滅；第十章:無因管理；第十一章:不當得利；第十二章:侵權行為等課程內容，全面掌握民法債編總論相關理論與知識。
The purpose of this course is to give students the theory and knowledge regarding general principles of obligations in Civil Law, including: chapter one: introduction (obligation, creditor’s right, claim, debts and responsibilities, basis of claim); chapter 2: sources of obligation; chapter 3: object of obligations; chapter 4: internal effect of obligations; chapter 5: external effect of obligations; chapter 6: effects of contract; chapter 7: pluralities of creditors and debtors; chapter 8: transfer of obligations; chapter 9: extinction of obligations; chapter 10: management of affairs without mandate; chapter 11: unjust enrichment; chapter 12: torts such contents through the lectures of related laws, regulations, theories and practical opinions to lead students to have a exact understanding of theories and knowledge regarding the general provisions of obligations under Civil Law.

學期考135%依校曆所定時間舉行筆試學期考。但若遇疫情等特殊情況，得以線上考試或繳交報告方式代實體筆試。
課堂討論 5%依出席同學課堂課程內容主動發言討論情況酌予加分(若無，則此部分評分比率平均分配至出席、期中考及學期考)
