三、教學目標 Objectives
講述民法債編總論之基本概念、體系架構，並輔以案例解說，以培養同學法學思維之能力。除我國民法債編之有關規定外，並於相關部分介紹德國近年債法修正之內容。
The main purpose of this course is to let students catch the basic concept of the general Provisions for Obligations under the Civil Code, structure, and supplemented by case interpretation, in order to cultivate the legal thinking ability of students. In addition to the relevant provisions of the general Provisions for Obligations, this course will also introduce the reform of the German law of obligations in the recent years in the relevant section content.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程為民法債編總論（二），主要講授多數債務人及債權人(第271條至第293條)、債之移轉(第294條至306條)、債之消滅(第307條至344條)以及法定之債規定之基本內容。
