三、教學目標 Objectives
行政法是具體化的憲法。行政法一方面要約制行政機關之權力行使，以保障人民權利不受違法侵害。另一方面，卻也要確保行政機關的行政效率。然而，對大部分同學而言，普遍認為行政法不易了解。本課程乃希望藉由案例解說之方式，達成下列教學目標：
1. 使同學建立法治國家之觀念，並明瞭行政法總論之體系。
2. 作為後續修讀行政訴訟法與各種行政法各論之基礎。
3. 培養對於公法的學習興趣。
Administrative law is specific Constitution. Administrative law system on the one hand offer exercise powers of the executive, in order to protect people's rights against unlawful infringement. On the other hand, but also to ensure the administrative efficiency of the executive. However, most of the students, the administrative law generally considered difficult to understand. This course is to explain the case by way of hope, fulfillment of the following teaching objectives:
1. Enable students to establish the concept of the rule of law, and clear administrative law Subjects of the system.
2. As a follow-up to attend a variety of administrative law and administrative procedure law on the basis of each.
3. Training for public law interest in learning.

十一、計畫表公布後異動說明 Changes Made After Posting Syllabus
2022.5.26.本學期的學期考試，會在考試時間開始之日期與時間於線上公布題目，同學有24小時可以作答。請於指定時間內完成考試，並將試卷的電子檔上傳至moodle系統。原則上不接受以Email方式寄送試卷予教師。但moodle系統於考試時間內故障者不在此限。
