三、教學目標 Objectives
希藉英美法院案件解析與相關資料研讀，培養學生法學思考、分析及判斷能力，瞭解英美侵權行為法律體系及其應用。
課程內容包括：故意侵權行為、過失侵權行為、因果關係、嚴格責任、產品責任、抗辯事由、損害賠償及其他救濟途徑等。
本課程之教學並採取與我國民法相關規定為比較法研討，得以俾益學生於我國法律之學習。
This course uses the leading Anglo-American Torts cases and various legal materials for the students to understand the contemporary law of Torts and incipient trends. The topics that the course offered include, but not be limited to, the followings: development of tort liability, intentional torts, negligence, causation, strict liability, products liability, defense, and remedies.
For purpose of comparative legal studies, the students are encouraged to take the related provisions of R.O.C. Civil Code into comparison.

請同學務必於考前練習檔案變成 pdf 檔的步驟並確認相關文書處理軟體與email軟體運作正常。避免期末考試時因技術問題無法交卷。
也提醒同學，開書考試時，雖不用背 rules，但 rules 的完整與詳細程度的評分要求會相對提高。

1. There will be a midterm oral exam. No materials, smart phones, cell phones nor any other electronic devices will be allowed.
2. Final exam questions will be essay questions in English. Students are required to answer questions in English. During the final exam, students may only use paper dictionaries, not including legal dictionaries. No other course materials, smart phones, cell phones nor any other electronic devices will be allowed.
