| 以案例教學方式，培養同學從法院判決中，理解美國侵權行為法之法律原則，並強化同學分析與論辯之能力。 |
| This class will be taught with case studies. This class will help the students to understand the legal principles of the US Torts Law from legal cases, and strengthen students' ability to analyze and argue. |

• learn the basic rules of law of Torts;
• have the ability to analyze and argue the different interpretations of common law rules;
• be able identify legal issues in facts and applying rules to facts |
