三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程將以消費者保護法在現代社會最相關之消費者權益，包括健康與安全、定型化契約、特種交易、消費資訊，以及消保團體、消保行政與消費爭議處理等為討論之核心。授課過程中將由教師先將近年國內外相關立法及規制方法、趨勢作一介紹，以增進學習者比較法例研究視野；同時，由學生參考本授課內容各週次之實例，依案例分析之方法，於課堂中與同儕討論並經老師講解，希望因此所獲得之消費者保護之法律知識能以與實務工作結合之方式，深化學習者之法學整合應用能力。
This course focuses on Consumer Protection Act and related regulations providing Consumer Interests( Health and SafetySafeguards, Standard Contracts, Special Transactions, Consumer Information provisions), Consumer Advocacy Groups,Administrative Supervision, and Handling Consumer Disputes. In the process, lectures will be given by instructor on thelegislative trend in developed countries as well as in Taiwan for facilitating students to have comparative vision. Afterwards,students may choose a topic, read references, and present an accomplished paper in class. The course emphasizes in-depthinvestigation on contract, regulation, and society, and hope that learners develop the desire and ability to think on their own andto solve problems flexibly.

本課程將由教師介紹近年國內外針對消費者保護之相關立法及規制方法、趨勢並輔以實務重大案例，以增進學習者比較法例研究視野，課堂中學習者亦可依每週主題事先閱讀資料，參與討論分享經驗；本課程視情形安排專題演講或消保機構參訪，使同學有機會接觸消保工作第一線的消保團體/消保官/暨消費爭議調解委員會等運作(依機構可配合時間擇優安排)，實際觀察體會並反思當前消保法律及實務工作，參與形塑更進步的法制。
