三、教學目標 Objectives
憲法是國家根本大法，人民權利的保障書，亦是規範國家機關組織、職權與運作，以及國家基本政策、維護人權之最高法典。本課程以現行中華民國憲法為主要教授內容，針對憲法之意義、分類與發展，暨主要的內容，做一全面性的講授。
Constitution, the fundamental law of the Republic of China (Taiwan), is the protection of the right of the people, the regulation of government offices. It is the supreme code not only to stipulate the fundamental national policies but also to guarantee the human rights and freedoms. Based upon the existing constitution of the Republic of China, there will be comprehensive lectures on the meaning of constitution, classification and the development also its content in this course.
