三、教學目標 Objectives
憲法規範是法秩序的最高位階，具有拘束所有國家權力以及所有法領域之效力，從而憲法學也是法學最基礎的科學之一。希望藉由本課程的學習達成以下目標：
1. 瞭解憲法的概念、基礎理論基礎及憲法解釋之方法與憲法秩序之原理原則。
2. 瞭解國家組織之基本原理、各國家權力間的關係及紛爭解決的機制與方法。
3. 使學生能夠擁有具體面對與解決憲法問題的基本能力。
The Constitution is the highest rank regulate legal order, with all areas of state power and the effectiveness of all legal restraint, which is also one of the most basic constitutional law of science. We hope that through this course to achieve the following objectives:
1. Understand the constitutional concepts, principles and methods of interpretation of the Constitution's basic theory and basic principles of the constitutional order.
2. Understand the basic principles of organization of the country, mechanisms and methods of power relations and disputes between the countries of settlement.
3. To enable students to have a basic ability to solve specific face constitutional problems.

十一、計畫表公布後異動說明 Changes Made After Posting Syllabus
2022.5.26.本學期的學期考試，會在考試時間開始之日期與時間於線上公布題目，同學有24小時可以作答。請於指定時間內完成考試，並將試卷的電子檔上傳至moodle系統。原則上不接受以Email方式寄送試卷予教師。但moodle系統於考試時間內故障者不在此限。
