三、教學目標 Objectives

人類的日常生活莫不與法律息息相關，諸如，行為的效力、法律關係之發生、契約的締結、產品責任、贈與、租賃、消費糾紛、土地房屋買賣、抵押、結婚、夫妻財產、親子關係、繼承等，這些私人間的生活關係皆規範在民法中。對於民法規定的精準認識與正確的法感，是研習法律的基本功課，而民法總則更是學習民法之基礎建設。
預期成效：
1.協助同學對我國民法總則能有深入淺出之認識。
2.協助學建構民事法律基本邏輯。
3.啟發學生從日常生活實例理解民法之應用。

The purpose of the curriculum is to lecture in-depth on the major topics over the Part of General Principles of the Civil Code, with special emphasis on the criticism and review toward the theories and practice. The students will catch up the general concept of the Part of General Principles of the Civil Code, and will learn the methodology to approach the Code. Hopefully, this curriculum will inspire the enthusiasm in students toward the further research in this realm.

本課程擬先導入民法總則中之重要概念與條文解析，輔以社會新聞事件、日常生活實例為素材，進行法律適用之討論。
