三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程透過理論講授與案例之解析，增加同學學習法律之興趣，藉以奠定民法之學習基礎。
This course is taught through the theory and case analysis to promote students' interest to study law, and further help students lay the foundation of civil law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程設計之目的主要是就民法總則所涉及之重要問題作主題式探討，從理論與實務的多元觀點去深入研究。每一單元授課時，區分二個階段:第一、透過主題式之講授先體系化介紹民法總則之重要基本概念；第二、以實例題之演練方式，帶領同學活用第一階段之重要概念。經此訓練，促其知其然，更應知其所以然。透過案例串連，以案例的方式分析爭點，企藉此增加同學學習民法之興趣及活學活用民法之能力。
