| 使同學在本課程結束時具備對美國法律系統之基本認識（聯邦制運作、權力分立以及司法制度），並培養閱讀、查詢判決及資料，以及整理爭點能力，並具備基礎法學英文寫作能力。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This course aims to prepare students with a basic understanding of the American legal system (including its legal system, separation of power, and judicial system). | 四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程以口頭教授為主，另會採用改良式蘇格拉底授課法進行問答，促進同學對課程內容的吸收以及對法學英文的運用能力。此外，為建立同學對於美國法制之認識，並奠定同學將來修習英美法進階課程之基礎，前半學期課程強調養成學生對美國法律體系之基礎知識，並同時培養其整理並撰寫判決摘要能力；期中考後，則將透過授課與案件選讀與解析，使同學接觸美國包括憲法等法理域，並強化其對美國法體系之認識並熟悉判例法體系之運作。 Introduction and logistics Basic Principles of American Law: Jury system Basic Principles of American Law: Legal Professions Movie watch: Rainmaker US Constitutions: Due Process US Constitutions: Equal Protection Case law studies: Plessy v.
