| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
引導同學進入英美法學領域，並利用英美法判例選輯，介紹相關基本觀念，以期使同學能瞭解研習英美法的重要性、激發同學學習興趣及參與討論，並進一步培養法律人專業之思考、分析、比較與判斷能力。
解說如何利用圖書館資源蒐集法律資料，並介紹網際網路與資料庫等法律資源檢索方法。
下學期課程強調案例報告與討論，以培養法學資料搜尋及分析之能力。 |
| This course will introduce basic concepts of Anglo-American legal systems, including court system and practices, legal theories often used in contract and tort laws as well as basic legal writing training. The second semester will focus on case reading and group presentation. |
