| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程旨在簡介英美法律體系的重要原則（側重於美國法律系統的實際體現），並協助初學者適應高年級各科英美法研習時，所必須熟稔之以判例研究（case study）為基礎之蘇格拉底式教學法（Socratic method）。 |
| Introducing the fundamental legal principles of the "Common Law" judicial system with emphasis on the U.S. legal practice. Preparing students for the research and study skills required for the related advanced classes. |

注意事項：
1. 選修本課程同學，必須於2/23上課前，自行完成110學年度第一學期指定之「寒假作業」，並製作筆記，以因應本課程首日（2/23)之課堂習作。
2. 選修本課程同學，必須於2/23第一堂課開始前，依個人需求及喜好，親自到堂選定座位；該座位即為本學期之個人固定座位，以應平時成績之評定。 |
