三、教學目標 Objectives
讓學生認識犯罪成立的一般理論，尤其是目前通行的階層結構性犯罪概念，使其明辨構成要件該當性、違法性與有責性各階層評價的內涵。除了犯罪的原則型態--單獨正犯一罪既遂，亦旁及犯罪的特殊現象形式--多數人參與犯罪的共同犯罪、犯罪未完成階段的未遂犯以及成立多數犯罪的犯罪競合。關於刑罰裁量、刑事政策，則作扼要介紹。
