三、教學目標 Objectives

使學生瞭解國際金融制度演變，國際金融巿埸新發展，及開放體系的總體經濟與政策。並討論國際收支、匯率與利率如何決定等問題。使學生熟悉現代國際金融事務，並為進一步的研究奠定基礎。

To introduce students to the fundamental concepts of international financial market, theories of exchange rate determination, and international monetary system and policy.
