三、教學目標 Objectives
1.由國際貿易流程中逐步介紹貿易相關環節(廠商、貿易契約、銀行、運輸、保險、海關、特殊貿易型態、貿易糾紛與索賠、貿易糾紛案例)，佐以UCP600 /ISBP/Incoterms 2020版/URC 522等相關國際貿易規範，使學生瞭解外匯金融商品(以信用狀為主)，國際 貿易完整內涵，建立完整的國際貿易知識。
2.以實務資料為補充教材，讓學生從貿易議題的充分吸收後，達到如何運用所學處理交易和貿易糾紛。
1. In this course steps one after another are designed to introduce students to such issues as firm , contract, banking, transportation, insurance, customs, special trading type, trading dispute and claim , trading dispute cases , etc. Practical cases for illustration are taken from practical trading procedures; so they are prepared along with formulas as stated in UCP600/ISBP/Incoterms 2010/URC 522. This way, students are hoped, through this course, to get to know the international trade financial products in relation to the problems of trade finance , and further to the complete field of international trade .
2. Practical materials are always prepared for exercises in class to equip students with full abilities to deal with problems and issues in trading and possible disputes therewith.

以國際貿易流程為主架構，按部就班對相關環節(廠商、貿易契約、銀行、運輸、保險、海關)的議題做說明，如授課大綱，過程中引入相關國際貿易規範如UCP 600 /ISBP/Incoterms 2020版/URC 522等，並以實務資料為補充教材。
