三、教學目標 Objectives
授課主旨： 1. 較完整、淺顯的介紹財務管理入門的學理。 2. 從有價證券市場課題切入，多方提供學生財管的概念。 3. 透過實務講解，培養財管知識。
1. Introduce the basis of corporate business management. 2. Increase the understanding of securities markets. 3. Use large number of real world cases to facilitate financial learning.
