四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
●整體敘述 Overall Description 邏輯推理可以應用的層面很廣,但本課程不可能涵蓋全部的主題,因此本課程將聚焦在與道德、法律、政治三個領域的相關議題,檢視不同學者在這些議題的討論中如何進行推理。本學期將針對以下議題進行探究: 【道德哲學】 意圖善惡與行為正誤的關連 道德義務的規範性根源 【法律哲學】 法律與道德之間的關係 我們有沒有遵守法律的義務 【政治哲學】 自由的意涵與界限 如何分配資源才正義 除此之外,本課程也將要求修課同學進行分組,針對上課討論到的議題撰寫相關的論說文章,練習應用上課所學習到的推理方式。 ※上課進度將視實際教學情況進行調整。 |
