三、教學目標 Objectives
期使學生具備客觀、深入分析日本政本質（民族性）的能力 ，進而探討職場文化及日本產業創新的本質，現況及未來展望。
The period will enable students to have the ability to objectively and in-depth analyze the nature of Japanese politics (nationality), and then explore the origin, current situation and future prospects of Japan's office culture.

＊＊不思議霓虹國， 反日＋親日>>易 知日>>難
＊＊1.深入分析日本政本質（民族性）之後，2.探討日本的商業習慣進而說明創新產業的由來，現況及未來展望。
上課以1.及2.交替進行並期待能與學生共同議論。
＊＊ 預計３～４次邀請日本創新產業的高級經理人來授課同時與學生共同議論。
