三、教學目標 Objectives |
本課程為英文系總結性課程,藉由蒐集資料、學術寫作、課堂討論及口語報告等活動讓學生回顧所學,並展現以英語書寫研究報告以及發表研究成果的能力。 |
This capstone course aims to enable students to display their achievement in the final stage of their college lives through academic writing and briefing. |
四、課程內容 Course Description |
●整體敘述 Overall Description This capstone course aims at helping seniors to sharpen their language skills in reading, writing, researching, discussion and presentation. As one of its primary goals is to help students grow in self-confidence in reading, researching, writing and speaking, this course provides them with the basic principles of preparation and organization needed for effective writings and speeches. Students will have many chances to speak in this class and are expected to write and submit a research paper and present it in public at the end of the semester. Hopefully, by the end of the semester, students will develop the skills and confidence needed for presenting their research results. |
