三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程旨在引導發展學生的英文寫作技巧，由段落發展成文章。期引導學生學習各種作文規範並練習不同文體的寫作方式與技巧。
This course aims at developing students’ English writing skills. Students will be taught to write an introductory paragraph, including a thesis statement, supporting paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph. In addition, students will be taught different writing techniques, such as transition between sentences and paragraphs and outlining, revising, and editing in the writing process.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description This course aims at developing students’ English writing skills. In the first semester, students will be taught to write complete and meaningful sentences, to write a proper topic sentence, and to develop a unified and coherent paragraph. In the second semester, students will be taught to write a complete and coherent essay with an introductory paragraph, a thesis statement, supporting paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph. In addition, students will be taught different writing techniques, such as transition between sentences and paragraphs and outlining, revising, and editing in the writing process.
