三、教學目標 Objectives

In this class we will use the free sotware R to introduce quantitave economic models. In more detail, studets will rearn how to use R, its different objects like vectors, matrices, and lists, how to install R packages and data to draw supply and demand functions and calculate their equilibrium, plot production functions, etc. Also, we will study statistical distributions, learn regression with binary response, and fit economic growth models.
Students will gain valuable insights to economic models by using the R software.
