三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程以培養學生國際溝通能力為目標,內容涵蓋:國際溝通英語演練、商務英語單字/片語/關鍵文法,另搭配聽力與閱讀,並定期實施英檢模擬考試,即時掌握學生學習情形。於密集課程結束後,另要求學生報考正式英文檢定,依據學生的成就測驗與能力測驗進步幅度及檢定成績,了解本課程成效。以熟悉多益英語測驗(聽力、口說、閱讀)為主軸, 幫助學⽣抓住學習技巧及考試重點,發展學⽣準備其他國際英語測驗如雅思、托福、領思等不同檢定取得⾼分之自學力,進而儲備職場國際移動力。
The objective of this course is to develop students' international communication skills. It covers international communication English drills, business English words/phrases/key grammar, listening and reading, and regular mock English tests to keep track of students' learning. At the end of the intensive program, students need to take a formal English test to understand the program's effectiveness based on their progress on the Achievement Test and Aptitude Test and their test scores. Aiming to be a proficient English user ( CEFR B2-C1 Level), students will be familiar with English tests like IELTS, TOEFL, and Linguaskill. By achieving a high level of self-learning ability, students will know how to prepare for English proficiency tests by themselves. Furthermore, students will equip with international mobility in the workplace.
四、課程內容 Course Description
整體敘述 Overall Description
In this course, students will practice the three skills (listening, reading and speaking) for the TOEIC test through a series of activities such as group discussions, individual presentations, team projects, and one-on-one interviews. While preparing for different forms of in-class activities, students will develop self-regulated learning abilities and test preparation skills to prepare themselves for any English proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Linguaskill.
