三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程的教學目標有四項：（一）介紹有機化合物的結構和性質、反應和反應機構、合成方法和其應用。（二）培養學生對有機化學的興趣，使學生知悉有機化學與日常生活息息相關。（三）幫助學生瞭解有機化學與生物化學、藥物化學、環境工程、有機材料等領域之間的相關性，作為學習相關領域的基礎。（四）理解基礎生物化學中的脂質、醣類、蛋白質和核酸，作為學習生物化學之基礎。
Learning the basic theory of organic chemistry including organic reactions, mechanisms, correlating organic chemistry with other different fields of science.
