(一)『每周財經時事分析』部份：由老師自行蒐集重要財經時事，予以整理分析後寄至學生之Mail信箱，並於上課時解析之。
(二)『股票投資實務』部份：教材全部由老師依在證券投資界二十餘年之實務經驗自行編製，印製分發學生；上課同時聯網，輔以股票市場實務動態分析資訊之解讀。

三、教學目標 Objectives
1.已修習過經濟學原理→修畢本課程『證券投資實務』(實務為主、理論為輔)→瞭解證券投資工具(股票市場為主)之意義、重要性、分析技巧及投資個案之實務→一方面有益同學未來證券投資相關工作之尋找、一方面有助個人投資理財之規劃。
2.股票投資實務方面：自基本面、政策面、資金面、市場面、產業面、個股面、技術面(所謂面面俱到)，去綜合探討股票市場。
1. Finished "Principles of Economics" class -> Complete this class "Practices in Stock markets" (Focus on actual practices, with theory as support) -> Learning the methods, importance, and analysis of different markets (Stock market) -> This will help students whom enrolled in the course on future career planning in related fields, also strengthen student's knowledge in personal financial investments.
2. Practices in Stock markets: to look into stock market from different angles- fundamental, policy, monetary, market, industry, individual stocks, and technical views.
