●整體敘述 Overall Description 從企業資源規劃的觀念與重要性開始說明,其次闡述企業資源規劃的系統演進與現況,實施的關鍵議題,再者分解企業資源規劃系統的建置(分析與設計),繼而說明企業資源規劃的組織聯繫與運用,最後則歸納推論企業資源規劃的未來發展.
