三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程將介紹與了解國際企業的基本概念，並了解國際企業在經營與管理上所面對的挑戰，課程結束後學生應對國際企業相關理論有基本的認識，並能運用所學之理論了解國際環境下之企業運作。
This course will provide students with an introduction to, and an understanding of, the nature of international business. It aims to understand the key business and management challenges facing multinational corporations. At the end of the course students should be able to apply key international business theories and frameworks to help them understand the business in a multinational context.
