三、教學目標 Objectives
管理是一種技能，而非只是技術或觀念的集合。獲得技能的最好方式是在一個模擬的過程中實際演練。 學生能藉著置身於個案與積極扮演關鍵角色，透過參與個案討論，融入角色之中。而管理決策的重點 即在於分析的過程、選擇與說服。個案研究可讓學習者統合既有的知識，有系統地理解商業實務中 決策制定背後的邏輯與因果關係。
Management is a knid of skill, not noly a combination of techiques and concepts. The best way to gain this skill is to pratice in a simulation prcoess. By case studies, student can learn to play a key managerial role for decision making and discuss with other people. The most important part of decision making is to analysize the case, to make choices and to convince people. By doing this, case study help students to integrate exsting knowledge and systematically understand the logic and causality of decision making.
