三、教學目標 Objectives
教學目標為使學生了解財務管理之理論、實務與相關專題。另外，使學生熟習財管的基本概念，並使學生具備財管的基礎能力。本課程也將在上課中討論有關財務管理的實務個案，以增進同學相關財管實務知識，有助提升這門課的學習效果。
The purpose of this course is to provide students an understanding of financial management, its theory, practice, and related topics. The student will get familiar with fundamental concepts of financial management, and be prepared with its essential skills. Case discussion of financial management will also be held in class to increase the knowledge of financial management in practice, as well as intensify learning.
