1. 學生能夠了解組織行為學是一門應用性的學科,它綜合運用各種與人類行為有關的知識,研究組織成員工作行為的規律,瞭解並預測組織成員的行為,因勢利導,以達成組織的目標; 2. 學生能夠了解影響個人行為的因素至少可歸納為個人、團體及組織三個不同層面。個人層面因素有性格、情緒、知覺、動機、態度、價值觀、工作方法及工作壓力等,團體層面因素有領導、溝通、群體動力、衝突與協調等,組織層面因素有文化、結構、制度及變革等; 3. 學生可以透過分析企業實務個案或文獻探討,了解組織行為的實際運作情形,並發展與組織行為有關的介入方案以促進個人、團隊以及組織的績效; |

1. Students can understand that organizational behavior is an applied discipline, which comprehensively uses various knowledge related to human behavior, studies the rules of organizational members' work behavior, understands and predicts the behavior of organizational members, and makes the best use of the situation to achieve organizational goals; 2. Students are able to understand that the factors affecting individual behavior can be classified into at least three different levels: individual, group, and organization. Individual-level factors include personality, emotions, perceptions, motivations, attitudes, values, work methods, and work pressure; group-level factors include leadership, communication, group dynamics, conflict, and coordination, etc.; organizational-level factors include culture, structure, system, and change Wait; 3.
