| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程主要介紹審計及其相關之確認服務予初步接觸審計之同學，課程著重於審計理論及觀念之闡述及與會計觀念之結合，使同學瞭解審計決策之決定及相關證據之蒐集。 |
| This course is expected to have the student knowing the concept of auditor’s decision-making process in a financial statement audit, as well as an integrated audit of both financial statements and internal control over financial reporting required for accelerated filer public companies. |

每學期講授 12¬14章，每章講授約 4-6小時。
作業方式：
每章授畢由助教指導實習，並指定作業由學生習作，以督促學生複習，並瞭解學生對該單元之學習效果。
