三、教學目標 Objectives
職業倫理係指在職業範圍內形成的道德觀念﹑行為規範和習俗的總和。它是調節企業內部人之間的關係以及企業與社會各方面關係的行為準則﹐同時亦是評價從業人員的職業行為標準。職業道德係指職業道德規範和從業人員的職業道德觀念。職業道德規範是職業道德的核心，也是社會精神文明的重要內容。
本課程主旨在介紹會計專業倫理與職業道德的理論依據和實務作法，將會計專業倫理與職業道德觀念合併探討。為了使同學們更為瞭解在決策過程中可能涉及哪些專業倫理與職業道德倫理的相關問題，以及各種不同的決策選擇可能產生哪些不同的結果，在課程進行中，將會安排個案討論，引導同學們做深入思考和辯證。
Professional ethics refers to the sum of moral concepts, norms and practices formed within the profession. It is a code of conduct that regulates the relationships between people within the company and the relationship between the company and society. It is also a standard for evaluating the professional behavior of employees. Professional ethics refers to professional ethics and professional ethics of practitioners. Professional ethics is the core of professional ethics and an important part of social spiritual civilization.
The main purpose of this course is to introduce the theoretical basis and practical practice of accounting professional ethics and professional ethics, and to combine accounting professional ethics with professional ethics. In order to make students more aware of the professional ethics and professional ethics related issues that may be involved in the decision-making process, and the different outcomes that may be produced by various decision-making options, case discussions will be arranged during the course of the course to guide students. We do deep thinking and dialectic.

1.學生缺課總時數達四分之一以上者，學業總成績一律不及格，缺課時數在四分之一以內者，教師得酌扣學期總成績二至十分。
2.研究生修習本課程者,每週必須繳交與課程相關之報告(非onepage report)一篇,未按時繳交者,學期總成績扣十五分
