| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程教授內容重點在公司理財之基本概念介紹。教學目標在使會計系學生除熟悉財務報表編製，能忠實記錄企業經營狀況外，尚具備從事公司財務規劃所需之基本知識與能力。 |
| This course focuses on the introduction to the basic concepts of corporate finance. This course aims to enable the students in the Accounting department to have the basic knowledge and ability to undertake the financial planning for the corporation. |
