本科目為會計學(二)之延伸，主要在探討有關企業合併之相關會計問題，本學期講授內容包括： (1) 間接持股及相互持股 (2) 子公司發行特別股、合併每股盈餘及合併所得稅 (3) 合併理論之探討 (4) 總機構及分支機構之會計處理 (5) 衍生工具之會計處理 (5) 外幣交易之會計處理 (6) 財務報表之換算
The course, Accounting (III)[Advanced Accounting], is the extension of Accounting(II) [Intermediate Accounting] and mainly discusses about the prevailing accounting standards related to business combination and preparation of consolidated financial statements. During this semester,the topics covered in the course include： 1. Consolidation－Indirect and Mutual Holdings 2. Consolidation－Subsidiary Preferred Stock 3. Consolidated Earnings Per Share 4. Consolidated Income Taxation 5. Consolidation Theories 6. Accounting for Branches 7. Accounting for Foreign Transactions, Derivatives and Hedging Activities 8. The Effect of Changes of Foreign Exchange Rates on Financial Statements
